Mediation

Mr. Fredrick leverages over two decades of experience as a litigator, guardian ad litem, appellate attorney, and educator to lawyers and judges in his role as a mediator. His ability to quickly assess personalities and figure out how to uniquely communicate with each person facilitates a majority of the cases assigned to him being resolved in their entirety. Using various tools, techniques, and procedures, Mr. Fredrick conducts most mediations in person, although occasionally, individuals participate remotely via video. Mediations are typically billed on an hourly basis.
