Real Estate Law

Helping Legal Matters Make Sense

Mr. Fredrick has not only litigated and facilitated real estate transactions for over 20 years, he has also been a managing member of a real estate investment company since 2004. He has personally managed long-term rentals, flipped houses, operated Air BnB’s and mid-term housing (traveling nurses, etc.), as well as commercial units. He represents both landlords and tenants, because the laws apply equally to both.

Transactional services are offered, such as drafting or reviewing contracts, easements, and facilitating the purchase or sale of real estate, partitions of land, transfers of land outside the sales process (for example, via a quit claim deed). At times, litigation is necessary. Mr. Fredrick has represented many individuals and companies who have unresolved real estate disputes, such as the use, transfer, ownership, or access to real estate, as well as landlord-tenant issues. Rates for real estate clients vary, depending on the services provided. Many transactional services are provided for a flat fee, while litigation often involves a retainer-based billing structure.
